Jury Code of Conduct
INSTITUTO ALBERTO MARTÍNEZ ORTEGA (IAMO) ENTREPRENEURSHIP AWARDS
The jury may declare an award void if they believe none of the applications meet the requirements or objectives of the award.
The jury will interpret and complete the rules of these awards, filling any gaps and resolving any doubts that may arise.
INSTITUTO ALBERTO MARTÍNEZ is committed to collaborating and providing the necessary resources to the jurors, ensuring the proper development of their activity in accordance with the established regulations.
Jurors must carry out their duties with professional judgment, diligence, and rigor, adhering to the rules and procedures set forth by INSTITUTO ALBERTO MARTÍNEZ.
Jurors must maintain total independence and impartiality, both in reality and appearance, when evaluating applications and determining the award winners, assessing the merits of the applications objectively and avoiding any kind of bias.
Jurors must maintain strict confidentiality throughout the process, refraining from disclosing the awarded applications prior to the official announcement or sharing details about the deliberations.
Jurors must be accurate and transparent regarding the information they provide to INSTITUTO ALBERTO MARTÍNEZ about their knowledge and authority on the subject, merits, and recognitions obtained, avoiding false, misleading, inaccurate, or exaggerated information.
In the event of a conflict of interest related to a juror or any of the applications, the juror must refrain from participating in both the debate and the voting of the award.
