This category will recognize initiatives focused on:

✅ Biofermentations and material recovery for the food and cosmetics industries.

✅ Development of biodegradable packaging and solutions for microplastic elimination.

✅ Application of the circular economy to optimize resources and reduce waste.

Neuroscience, AI, sensory technology, and innovative experiences that enable advancements in this field.

This category aims to recognize projects that:

✅ Use AI, neuroscience, artificial intelligence, and Big Data to enhance the consumer’s sensory perception.

✅ Develop innovations in emotional, sensory experiences, and consumer well-being.
